Naphora Games enters soft launch with three mobile titles

Key takeaways

  • Content Creator Mansion, Arototo and Grapplo launched worldwide on Google Play
  • Fourth game planned for soft launch in late September; two more in Q4 2026
  • Studio has fewer than 50 employees and expects six soft launches by end of 2026

Naphora Games has entered soft launch with three original mobile titles, launching Content Creator Mansion, Arototo and Grapplo worldwide on Google Play. The Riyadh-based studio released the trio across idle tycoon, puzzle and endless runner genres, and told PocketGamer.biz a fourth game is due to soft-launch in late September.

The three releases follow a company-wide rebuild that began after mid-2025. Until then, Naphora operated mainly as an investment label supporting external studios and providing central services. In July 2025 founder and executive chairman Saud Alblehed and co-founder Abdullah Almuhanna brought in Charles Bussy as partner and managing director to redesign the studio and its long-term strategy.

Under the new model Naphora moved to developing, owning and self-publishing original games from Saudi Arabia for global audiences. The studio now operates with fewer than 50 employees and says it emphasises talent density, individual ownership and rapid execution. Almuhanna said, "We had always believed in small teams, short development cycles and early validation. The difference was deciding to build the entire company around those principles ourselves."

Why it matters

Naphora expects two more soft launches in Q4 2026 and a total of six soft launches under the new model by the end of 2026, though not every title will be taken to global launch. With under 50 staff and a roadmap that counts six soft launches through 2026, the studio is choosing small teams and selective global rollouts as its operating playbook — lean teams, multiple experiments, and only some games moving past soft launch.
