KRAFTON's Astro Arena 3vs3 Battle PvP Soft Launches on July 9, 2026
KRAFTON, Inc. is set to soft launch its new 3vs3 MOBA, Astro Arena: 3vs3 Battle PvP, on July 9, 2026, for both Android and iOS platforms. The initial rollout will take place in select regions including India, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, Mexico, Brazil, and the USA. Developed by PUBG Studios, Astro Arena was previously known as TARASONA: Battle Royale during its early access phase in 2024 and transitioned into an alpha test in 2025 before being rebranded.
Astro Arena features fast-paced 3v3 PvP battles featuring anime-style heroes. Players can choose from a diverse roster of characters, each equipped with unique personalities and flashy ultimate skills. The game includes roguelike power-ups that players can unlock during matches to enhance their combat capabilities against opposing heroes. Various game modes are available, such as EBR, where players escape the battle zone, DOM, focused on capturing objectives, and CPM, which involves escorting cargo.
Why it matters
Pre-registration for the game is now open on mobile platforms, allowing players to prepare for its release. New additions to the game include a tank hero named Kaira, known for her iconic winged shield. The vibrant visuals and dynamic gameplay are designed to appeal to a wide range of players, with options for both Auto-Aimed Attacks and manual controls. As the game expands, additional regions will be included in future launches.
