This significant update marks the game’s half-year celebration, wrapping up the current Wuling story arc and introducing the largest main-story map expansion since the game's launch. Homecoming adds two new story maps: Yinglung Pass and North Wuling Exclusion Zone. Yinglung Pass serves as the entry point to a sealed territory, where players will encounter the enigmatic Feranmut Proxy Si. The North Wuling Exclusion Zone immerses players in a Blight Miasma-covered region as they combat corruption and ensure safe passage for returning survivors. Players will also face new Blightshade enemies, representing the remnants of emotions preserved by Æther, and a formidable new boss, Alleikhreos, Chiliarch, whose unique attacks will require players to master battlefield mechanics.
The update introduces Arcane, the six-star Operator and captain of the Yinglung Special Task Force, who offers diverse combat styles based on her Intellect and Will attributes.
