SuperCity Surpasses $100M Revenue in 15th Anniversary Celebration

Playkot's city-building and life-simulation game, SuperCity, has achieved a significant milestone by surpassing $100 million in revenue as it celebrates its 15th anniversary. Launched on July 1, 2011, SuperCity has garnered 40 million installs globally, making it one of Playkot's longest-running titles. To commemorate this anniversary, the developer is hosting a series of in-game events and updates throughout July. Players can look forward to special anniversary gifts and new themed content, including an expedition to a Martian landscape featuring aliens. Additionally, a themed event will highlight the historic architecture of New York City.

In tandem with the celebratory events, Playkot is introducing much-anticipated quality-of-life improvements aimed at enhancing the gaming experience for both new and veteran players. In SuperCity, players assume the role of a mayor, tasked with transforming a small settlement into a thriving metropolis by constructing residential areas, landmarks, businesses, and entertainment venues while unlocking new regions. SuperCity remains free-to-play and is accessible via browsers and Facebook, continuing to expand its content roadmap as it marks this notable anniversary.
