Neverness to Everness nears $50M in mobile revenue within two months

Supernatural RPG Neverness to Everness is on track to reach $50 million in mobile player spending, having generated $42.1 million within two months of its release. Launched in China on April 23, 2026, and globally shortly thereafter, the game has seen Japan emerge as the most lucrative market, contributing $18.3 million, or 44% of total earnings. China follows with $11.5 million, accounting for 27% of spending, while also leading in installs due to its earlier launch.

During its initial exclusivity in China, Neverness to Everness achieved $449,000 on launch day, peaking at $685,000 on the second day. Following the global rollout on April 29, daily spending saw a significant boost, reaching $730,000. May 7 marked the first day the game surpassed $1 million in daily spending, and it hit a new record of $2 million on June 3, coinciding with the version 1.1 update. This update introduced two new gacha characters, Lacrimosa and Chaos, along with the new area Sunward Island and additional storyline content.

A series of limited-time events, including underground racing, a baking event, and a collaboration with Porsche, have contributed to maintaining player interest and spending. Notably, following the version 1.1 update, the game recorded over $1 million in revenue for five consecutive days.

Why it matters

Despite a strong performance in its second month, total revenue for that period was $19.2 million, a 16% decrease from the $22.9 million earned in the first month. Since its launch, Neverness to Everness has provided players with diverse content, from exploring the city of Hethereau to engaging in battles with colorful characters, all while being cheered on by an otter. The details for the upcoming version 1.2 update are expected to be revealed on June 27th.
