Eclipse: The Awakening launches on PC and mobile

The PC build is distributed through the game's official website; mobile players can find Eclipse on Google Play and the App Store. NPIXEL’s design goal, according to the publisher’s announcement, was to preserve traditional MMORPG elements but let players tailor progression speed and play style. Cross-platform support means progress and play sessions can carry across PC and mobile without being trapped on one device.

Players who completed pre-registration will find their claimed rewards waiting in the in-game mailbox. The listed pre-registration and cumulative-achievement rewards include a rare-grade transcend summon ticket and weapon appearance selection vouchers, among other items. Those freebies cover both a head start in gear and some cosmetic choice, which should be handy for early progression or for fans who like to customise their character’s look.

To celebrate the launch, Smilegate is running six in-game events: a surprise gift from the game director, the Hero’s Path progression track, a seven-day special reward sequence to mark the release, a special growth support package for “saviors,” Dodor’s daily login rewards, and PC café login benefits. Completing event missions lets players earn a variety of rewards, including hero-grade weapons and other in-game items. In addition to in-game activities, Smilegate has set up Google Play payment promotions offering carrier-specific billing discounts and cumulative payment discounts, plus TossPay incentives such as first-payment cashback and point rewards for reaching certain payment thresholds.

Smilegate also arranged an offline promotion with the beer chain '생활맥주', which is selling an Eclipse-branded beer item and a set menu at select stores. Buyers of the set menu receive an in-game special coupon, and players who post coupon-use proof on the Stove community can enter a draw for a beer merch set engraved with the game logo. Smilegate’s statement notes the publisher prepared a range of launch events and benefits and says it will listen to player feedback going forward.
