Goddess of Victory: NIKKE Summer Update Launches July 2, Persona Collaboration Teased

Level Infinite and SHIFT UP have unveiled the upcoming Wave to You update for Goddess of Victory: NIKKE, set to launch on July 2. This summer event will be available on both PC and mobile platforms, including iOS and Android. Players can look forward to new character variants, swimsuit costumes, a coastal story event, a new boss, and a beachside minigame.

The narrative kicks off when the Commander receives an old photograph and a ticket to South Burst Island. Accompanied by Cinderella, the vacation soon turns into an investigation as peculiar secrets about the island begin to emerge. The update introduces a new version of Land Eater, transformed into a massive enemy lurking beneath the ocean.

Two new summer character variants will be added: Cinderella: Crystal Wave, who arrives in a swimsuit designed by Grave, featuring a unique standing pose that reveals an alternate black swimsuit; and Marciana: Marine Study, who joins Tia and Naga on what appears to be a graduation trip but may actually be a test. Marciana's outfit combines a revealing swimsuit with her signature penguin costume.

Additional summer-themed cosmetics are on offer, including the Little Mermaid: Shell Princess costume as a gacha reward, inspired by Spindrift, her liquid polymetal weapon that creates bubbles. The Summer Pass will also feature costumes for Tia: Sea Lizzie and Naga: Ring Ensemble.

Players can engage in Island Breaker, a Puzzle Bobble-style minigame where they bounce a ball to clear beach debris and combat Raptures. The seashells collected in this mode can be used to enhance attacks and increase combo rewards.
