Gameloft's Raúl Orrego to Share Insights at PGC Barcelona
Raúl Orrego, the General Manager of Gameloft Barcelona and executive producer, is set to take the stage at Pocket Gamer Connects Barcelona on June 15th and 16th. In this session, he will discuss the critical moments that every game developer faces—like launch delays and stagnant metrics—when the pressure is on. Drawing from his three years managing Asphalt Legends, he will introduce 'The Console,' a decision-making framework that integrates insights from economics, engineering, psychology, and biology. This framework is designed to guide developers through quick decisions as well as those that could shape a year’s worth of work, emphasizing the importance of high-quality decision-making under pressure.
