Honkai Impact 3rd 9.1 'Newly Shining Time' update arrives on the 23rd

The new S-rank character is 시간의 율자 (Yulja of Time), an Imaginary-attribute unit who deals Flame elemental damage. Yulja’s kit includes a combat skill called 'Recollection' that re-inflicts past wounds on enemies, and a unique mechanic where non-HP-reducing damage dealt by party and support characters is recorded as 'Weight of Life.' That stored 'Weight of Life' can be spent by certain skills to convert into HP-reduction damage, creating a playstyle built around managing and consuming those charges.

Version 9.1 also runs a character-themed supply for Yulja, with the first ten-roll on her banner offered free. Players can obtain a new dedicated Drive Core weapon and a stigmata set tied to her release. The themed event 'Meeting♪ Toy House of Memories' puts Elysia and allies in charge of a multi-game arcade called the 'Meeting Miracle Shop,' where you recruit companions of various professions while using an idle-style growth system to level characters and gear. Event rewards include crystals, Source Prisms, Time’s Fairy Tale medals, and a new Star Traveler costume named 'Dream of Deep Sleep.'

Hoyoverse published the Part II epilogue titled 'The Sea Sings with the Sound of Flames,' which revisits standout moments from the main Part II storyline through the Dreamseeker’s perspective. Additional sequential events will hand out more crystals, character items, and costume selection boxes over the update period. Separately, Honkai Impact 3rd plans an illustration cafe and a limited-time collaboration café starting October 31.
