Flyff Legacy adds Belmaris continent and raises max level to 1000

Key takeaways

  • Max level increased from 900 to 1000
  • New continent Belmaris with 9 field monsters and a field boss
  • BPMG took over development and service from GalaLab in July
  • New server Neregon; existing servers merged into Plarine, data retained

Flyff Legacy has added a new continent called Belmaris and increased the game's maximum level from 900 to 1000, publisher BPMG announced after taking over development and service from GalaLab in July. The mobile title, based on the original online game Flyff, keeps the original's flight system and its cute, colorful art style; it has been live since 2017 across North America, Europe and Asia.

Belmaris is built around an ancient underwater city and includes multiple zones: a deep trench, urban streets, and a royal palace. The update introduces nine new field monsters plus a field boss for those zones, alongside a new main story chapter (Chapter 13) and roughly 100 associated quests. Players hitting the new level cap can equip the new tier-10 gear named Abyss Ultimate.

Server operations were reworked in the same patch. A fresh server called Neregon opens for new characters starting at level 1, while existing servers have been consolidated into a single server named Plarine; characters, items and purchase histories are retained after the merge. BPMG said it will follow this update with continued content releases and service improvements that take player feedback into account.

Why it matters

If you want to start over or dive into the new underwater setpieces, Neregon is the place to do it; long-term characters remain intact on Plarine so your progress and purchases come along for the ride.
